Mindfulness is like looking forward to when the budding flowers open or seeing that raindrops are needed for rainbows. It’s looking at a mountain of laundry that needs to be done and smiling at your favorite clothes. It’s huffing and puffing about waiting in line at the grocery store and being exhausted carrying in all your loot and realizing that your cup is overflowing with thankfulness.
