Hello! In this video we discuss the mindset of Non-Judging and look at it through a biblical perspective. In this 35 minute class we'll incorporate several balancing poses. Breath prayer used: Inhale- Father guide my thoughts, Exhale- That I may focus on what is noble and true.
Here is a shot of truth we all need a reminder of from time to time -happiness is a choice! So if you need the reminder today let me give you a virtual hug, that not all is down in the world, and we can look at things from a different perspective. We can make the choice to change our perspective to one of more positivity. So let’s move our bodies, focus our minds, and remember that God is the God of hope in all seasons of life.
In this video we’ll be combining our yoga sequence with information on the Beginner’s Mindset, which is 1 out of 9 Attitudes of Mindfulness coined by Dr. Zinn-Kabat. We’ll be looking at this through the lens of Christ and what it means to our lives today. Since the theme of this class is the beginner’s mind, we’ll be pairing this with beginner’s poses and moving through the poses slowly.
